1. Please avoid sending repair products directly back to Shenhuo Company without any communication

When you need to repair the product, please contact the business or store customer service at the first time. You can follow Shenhuo's WeChat official account and after-sales telephone (18038000649) for consultation, and send the information back after confirmation. If you send it back directly, the product will be placed in the waiting area as an abnormal item, with a waiting period of 3 months. If the deadline is exceeded, Shenhuo Company will directly dispose of the product and cannot return it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2. For products that are in good repair, the claim period is 3 months

Regarding products that are well maintained but unclaimed, the claim period is 3 months. If the period is exceeded, Shenhuo Company will directly dispose of the product and cannot return it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After sales details (note: only applicable to store retail customers)

1. Within the shelf life:

Please directly contact the purchased store for processing. Generally, starting from the date of receipt, there is no reason for return or exchange within 7 days (without affecting secondary sales). If quality issues occur within 15 days after receiving the goods, the merchant will bear the round-trip shipping cost. If there are quality issues within 15 days after receiving the goods and during the warranty period, each party shall bear half of the shipping cost. If the return or exchange is not due to quality issues, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost. Please consult customer service at the purchasing store for specific information.

2. Not within the shelf life:

You can contact our customer service and send it back to our factory for maintenance. The round-trip shipping cost needs to be borne by your side. If the flashlight needs to be replaced with large accessories (such as wick, circuit board, switch, cylinder, etc.), we will charge a cost fee, and small accessories will not be charged.

3. Maintenance Freight and Expenses

Our shipping cost: 8 yuan for transportation within the province, 10 yuan for transportation outside the province, and 13 yuan for transportation in remote areas. The price of accessories plus shipping cost is the cost that needs to be charged for maintenance.

Non after-sales service warranty coverage
